Pay Your Water Bill Here!

Here is the new City of St. Petersburg Municipal Services Building! The people of this city are paying much higher water bills to support this type of structure!!! Use that water citizens!

The colors are so vivid they almost hurt to look at. The building may be excessive, but at least it afforded you a good photo-op!

I forgot - you are almost in the tropics where you live - that blue is as incredible as the skies I shot in Mexico. Use the water you say - but what if the well runs dry? Our water comes from reservoirs in the hills which are filled by melting ice and snow from the coastal mountains, oh! don't let me forget the rainfall. But, we do get water shortages in the summer when it is hot and dry.

@anden: I see your point anden! Not being one of the people that have to pay the higher water bills to pay for this grand building, it would not mean anything to you...Your opinions are always welcomed and valued!
