I like the inverted conical shape of color coming off of the sun. The shot is very serene.
Everytime I read "JDM" I think "Japanese Domestic Market". You've got some interesting initials!

gorgeous shot! you have followed the rule of thirds both vertically and horizontally. it really works in this picture. i like the portrait choice aswell.

Amazing Jerry! The sun here looked very similar to that last night but my camera batteris were dead and so all i had was my cell phone which didn't take a good shot, of course. I'm so glad someone was able to capture it and do such an amazing job at that. Thanks for sharing!

Nice sunset pic. I'd consider cropping from the top. The image seems very top heavy. All the interesting in the lower 2/3.
