Bronnie from Christchurch, New ZealandNo cynicism at all, hey Jerry!! 3 Mar 2007 8:03am @Bronnie: Many thanks Bronnie - much appreciated! Mike Cash from Kiryu, JapanLovely shot of a lovely building, but like you I want my taxpayer-funded employees to work in adequate conditions, not in opulence. 3 Mar 2007 8:49am @Mike Cash: Thanks Mike - you view it the way most of the people here do - you should see the inside - decadent... dYe from Cambridge, United StatesThe colors are so vivid they almost hurt to look at. The building may be excessive, but at least it afforded you a good photo-op! 3 Mar 2007 8:52am @dYe: dYe - good job on turning lemons into lemonade! Thanks for the kind words! Anne from White Rock, CanadaI forgot - you are almost in the tropics where you live - that blue is as incredible as the skies I shot in Mexico. Use the water you say - but what if the well runs dry? Our water comes from reservoirs in the hills which are filled by melting ice and snow from the coastal mountains, oh! don't let me forget the rainfall. But, we do get water shortages in the summer when it is hot and dry. 3 Mar 2007 10:27am @Anne: Many thanks Anne - the sky we often have here are amazing to me....That's the city saying use the water so they pay for this new lovely building that they work in....Have a wonderful weekend! anden from Malaysiahuhu....i think this picture lacks a point of interest....in other words theres no focal....thats my opinion....but then again...what do i know.... 3 Mar 2007 10:31am @anden: I see your point anden! Not being one of the people that have to pay the higher water bills to pay for this grand building, it would not mean anything to you...Your opinions are always welcomed and valued! kaveh from TEHRAN, IranThat is such a superb Architecture shot! the color of sky is nice!! 3 Mar 2007 12:50pm @kaveh: Thanks kaveh! Shuva from Hyderabad, IndiaA little more cropping on the top right would have helped. It always catches my eye, which is not good. 3 Mar 2007 12:52pm @Shuva: Shuva - you have such a great eye - thanks for keeping me on my toes! I took your suggestion and re-cropped and re-posted - check it out! Thanks again - you help me learn! Jen from Jessup, United StatesAmazing blue sky!
