Kaushal from Groningen, NetherlandsNice..really nice...I love this flower! I'll be posting one soon...(but not as colourful as this one!) Good one! 29 Jan 2007 11:16am @Kaushal: Thanks Kaushal - this particular bloom is on a plant that is taller than my house and blooms continually! Wayne from Melbourne, AustraliaGreat shot but I think a portrait format in this case would've served your purpose better because if memory serves me right BoP's have a nice slender height...and then the bloom can be on top =D 29 Jan 2007 11:20am @Wayne: Wayne - thanks, and you are right - I anguished over posting it as there was something I felt could be better - I'll shoot some more soon. Thanks again for the valuable input! Anne from White Rock, CanadaGorgeous shot of this exotic flower! Such detail. Would you lose that if you put the stem in as well, seeing as how its so tall? 29 Jan 2007 1:13pm @Anne: Thanks Anne! You are absolutely correct - I'm looking forward to shooting this again - it blooms year round in my front yard... I saw today's bird shot and hope all turns out well! Still from Valence, FranceImpressive detail about this fantastic plant! Superb flourishing! 29 Jan 2007 2:16pm @Still: merci beaucoup my friend! don from Spokane, United StatesA gorgeous plant. I wish you warmth! @Myst: Thanks you kindly Myst! Bronnie from Christchurch, New ZealandGorgeous colours, I love the chaotic lines and angles in this picture - even though the flower can be 'elegant' and you could picture in portrait with all the stem and leaves, to me it always brings up a feeling of the abundance of summer and the slightly over-the-top craziness that lazy summer afternoons bring! 29 Jan 2007 5:53pm @Bronnie: Thank you Bronnie - much appreciated! Our "no winter" here this year has kept blooms all year! Thanks again!
